Trustee Appointment and Resolutions
Last week, the trustees held their first official board meeting. This followed a successful Trustees induction workshop held in February. The following resolutions were made:
Chairperson: Aiden Gilbert

Additionally, the trustees’ rotational terms were confirmed as follows:
Following the above resolutions, there were a series of key tasks for the Trustees:
Provide feedback on the draft 5-year strategic plan
Formalisation of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee
Scope and finalise the PSGE Group make-up
Trustees mandated for representative roles
What’s Next for our Settlement?
After the Third Reading on 6 March and Royal Assent of the Settlement Bill, the Settlement Date is anticipated 40 working days later, on 13 May. The transfer of redress will follow 10 working days after Settlement Date, with an expected transfer date of 27 May.
